I originally left a positive review for The Rose Law Firm, but unfortunately, I need to revise it based on my recent experience. I had a free 45-minute consultation, which by definition should have been free. After deciding not to proceed with a divorce, I was told by the secretary that it was no problem and that since no papers were filed and no legal work had been done, I’d get most of my $5,000 retainer back—possibly with a small deduction of around $100. This law firm is very unreliable. Do not hire them if you want any progress in your divorce case. They do not respond to questions and concerns in a timely manner. FInd another lawyer, any other lawyer is better than this one.
I don’t think there’s enough space to write everything I experienced with the Rose Law Firm. Outstanding customer service from the menu call till you get to speak with the attorney the amount of respect given speechless I am very satisfied. I truly recommend the Rose firm. Everyone listens to you and guide you through your difficult time in divorce and child custody! I want to thank the Rose team I was referred here by a coworker and I will refer everyone else.
