Our family has always gone to Applebees in Audubon, PA. A family place with good service, food and atmosphere. This is what I was dealing with: The Rose Group, needs to look into this. It was about 7:45pm tonight, when I heard a young mother, crying🥲then I heard the children crying. “Applebees wouldn’t sing to mommy, Happy Birthday Day!!😭😭😭 I was shocked 😮 Please look in to this matter. Thank you

Definitely not happy with the staff at Havertown that Rose owns, but the rose group THEMSELVES are a team of surely valued members that have treated me with nothing less than full respect and grace. Usually when contacting a companies corporate office, its a nightmare for me. Not with these guys, 100% helpful and always quick to help resolve any issue that ive arisen.
