I'm so incredibly disappointed in my experience here. I've been before and it's been pretty good (Neko Neko is amazing) but I went this Tuesday evening with my friend that flew into town so we could get a frose from the rose bar but IT WAS CLOSED! It was maybe a little after 7 and a woman working in the market said they closed down early even though the website said they're open until 9 EVERY DAY. Update: My credit card company @CapitalOne did not support my claim, nor did they help resolve the issue, but the Sawmill Market management team did come through and credited back the duplicate charge. Thank you Molly and Trevor! This is a great little Rose bar in the middle of the Sawmill Market. Be careful though and definitely print out a receipt from the Square charge kiosk. I had the pleasure of trying the rosé bar today while visiting the sawmill. It's a great spot! The flavor of the week frosé was peach and it did not disappoint-I splurged on a second serving. Decent variety of rosé, great frosé.
