What a hidden gem! After church, we were trying to decide whether to head back toward Melbourne Square Mall for lunch or stay nearby. I searched for restaurants in downtown Melbourne, and Roots Restaurant Tavern caught my attention because the menu looked great and the reviews were so positive. I’m glad we gave it a try! Great local spot. I like to sit outside but thecinside looks and feels so inviting.
I can't say it enough, Root's is absolutely wonderful. The food, service and the atmosphere is wonderful. I highly recommend it.
Just need some non pork meat options for breakfast. Chicken sausage would be a start
