Showed up five minutes early to my appointment as a potential new client and was ignored for twenty minutes before finally leaving. No acknowledgment whatsoever from any staff members. I would have happily waited if my stylist or any staff members had let me know that they weren’t ready for me. They are obviously doing fine and do not need new business. I’ll be booking an appointment elsewhere. Very disappointing.
