The Root Beer Stand has been a close-knit family operation from day one and remains so today. As a matter of fact, both of our main cooks met the men they married while working at The Stand. Great place to be and yummy Root Beer. The only place I know that actually makes it on site. The staff there are the best!!! Sometimes crowded but definitely worth the wait. We always set the date to come back when they reopen in the spring. Bring your friends and family it's easy to get addicted. I actually remember coming here when I was in grade school, I'm 52 now!!!!
What an absolute Blessing for this area to have a family owned facility that can produce 5 star excitement every time you walk in. Root Beer, Food and Staff 1st Class! I live in Northern Kentucky and remember my weekly stops for lunch. Always a smile and hot food, cold root beer floats to top it off! There is "no" other stop like this. Thank you for your hard work and keeping tradition the American way. Happy 60th, see you soon.
The Root Beer Stand is one of my favorites! The staff is always friendly and quick even when the lines out the door! From my grandpa taking me as a little boy till today I always love going!
I've been going since I can remember and I will FOREVER continue to go until I die or move away.
I'm 27 years old, but feel much older. I grew up on those bar stools and have never been to opening day, it was amazing. Ironically I even got the same server I've had for the past 2 years. She's always kind and super outgoing, just as with all the staff. And the food was on point. Cant wait to stop in after my weekend drill every month this season and wet the old whistle. 👍
