The owner Steven goes above and beyond for the residents and the property. Him and his team truly care and it’s extremely refreshing. They try very hard and give a personal touch with everything they do! Welcome to a mini palm springs in AZ.
My experience at the roost has been like no other rental experience before. Renting with Steven made the rental experience a pleasant one, something I’m sure many folks aren’t used too. I would never have left if I didn’t have to due to other circumstances. If you are lucky enough to get an opportunity to live at the roost, you will never want to leave because of the positive experience with Steven alone.
