Just stay away! It's too bad that they manage so many really nice properties, because they are lacking in professionalism and customer service skills. It's also interesting to look at the reviews on their Facebook page, the owner gave herself a five star review, and several other reviewers share her last name! I would heed the reviews here as a better indication of their poor performance. If you are military I don't suggest renting from them. Did a walk through and they told us we were being to "in depth" and still tried to charge us for damages done before us. It took months after we moved out to get the refund. They changed all the workers so nobody was a familiar face anymore. The owner is who we ended up dealing with mostly, because nobody else knows anything, and he was an asshole and raised his voice when we asked about the move out fees.
