Terrible management company, very unorganized and rude!!!
So I tried The Roop Group after a retaliatory eviction for lead. I owed no money, the judge awarded no damages. And only granted the eviction because the house had its lead certificate revoked. According to The Roop Group I should have violated my lease and not followed Maryland law allowing the landlord to remedy the situation in 30 days, and they told me I poisoned my own children and should have moved into a hotel for $200+ dollar a night. Had a horrible experience upon move out...this company is a rip off
Very unprofessional, rude, incompetent, Maintenance do not complete their jobs, even on a timely fashion especially enforced by city of Salisbury. No wonder they lock the rate in for more than a years period, otherwise leaving the tenant stuck. The office staff is rude.
