Had the greatest time. The food was delicious and our waiter, Kyle was amazing. My husband and I had the Allman Burger and it most certainly was named appropriately. Excellent experience.
We eat at the Rookery when we get the chance- it never disappoints. Start off with the cheese board, whatever beer strikes my fancy, then an awesome burger. If I'm feeling particularly gluttonous, their milkshakes are a great dessert.
Best burgers in Georgia. I've seen "The Vortex" repeatedly rated as the states best. "Vortex" has a more entertaining menu, but "The Rookery" has the better burger.
Awesome selection of very unique burgers. Outdoor cafe sidewalk seating in downtown Macon. Great selection of micro drafts.
Love the atmosphere! Love the burgers! I can't wait to go back to try the Johnny Jenkins Burger.

My wife and I had burgers, fries and onion rings. Didn't take long to be seated and the server was prompt, nice, and really good. The food was fantastic!
Excellent burgers. I will be back for more. Love the atmosphere also.
Enjoyed an Allman burger in honor of Greg Allman and it was delicious. Love my little hometown of Macon, Ga!
