Extremely dangerous environment, staff physically assaulted my partner. I am appalled by the behavior of the staff at this establishment. After my girlfriend briefly laid her head down for a second, a staff member immediately escalated to unprovoked physical violence—pushing, shoving, and kneeing her in the back down the stairs. They literally kicked my sister out just because she rested her head on the staircase!! On top of that they used aggressive force! A man according to security (named him christian or kristen) kneed her all the way down, mind you she's under 5'2 and we were there for a total of 30min. Literally go anywhere else
The white guy named Christian or Kristen ruined the experience honestly left feeling really hurt by how I was treated. I was just resting my head on my hand beacuase I was tired. Got my truck key stolen right out of my pocket and the workers didnt care or help whatsoever- so yea if you wanna get your shit stolen for example keys, phones, purses etc this is definitely the place to be
