Neil seemed like an honest professional at first but he’s a bit crooked at best (and more likely a crook period). He claimed I approved a multi-thousand dollar revamp of a roof awning the size of a large door- I still have no idea what could have possibly been included in that quote as he sent that directly to my home owners insurance company without my knowledge during what turned out to be a several month ordeal that I have to assume was in part due to him. Neil was at the top of the price range for all quotes. But I went with him because he appeared to have the best product. 3.5 years later I now have a huge leak in my roof. And all the numbers have been disconnected. Do not use this business

Long story short they came by the house, gave me an estimate and I gave them the go ahead. Said they were trying to get more money from the insurance company so I just waited. Couple weeks went by with no contact, started calling and leaving messages with no return call. After about 2 more weeks of calling every other day I just gave up. Wasted about a month of my time.
