I’ve had an issue with my Insurance company issue with a hail claim. Several roofing companies agreed my home had sustained hail damage. I had TRG meet with the adjuster for the initial inspection and was told by my insurance company that only my metals (gutter guards and vent) were damaged. Excellent roofing company. President/CEO Josh H. was easy to work with and he walked me through the entire process from beginning to end. Josh was very responsive to any questions I had and always had the answer. The new roof turned out great without any issues. Grant was incredibly helpful during the entire roofing process, maintaining clear communication and proactively assisting with insurance coverage. The installation was completed in a single day, and the new roof looks fantastic. Recently, we had an issue with our attic. The operating manager, Brady, promptly scheduled an inspection.
