Amazing customer service! They came out in bad weather to tarp the leak in our roof until they could return to fix permanently… which they did promptly after the storm! They actually return phone calls and follow up as promised.
The Roofing Company is OUTSTANDING! First, a minor roof repair, then an entire roof replacement, and finally the latest job - a total tear down, rebuild of a 2 story chimney column - including new framing, wrapping and all new primed Hardie board. Each job exceeded my expectations with the work team being on time, quality workmanship, and careful attention to detail and safety. Went with this company because they were willing to work with the insurance company. The install took place in the time frame they said it would. The actual work was done in almost entirely 1 day. Inspections passed and closed within 48 hours of work being started. They received the payment from the insurance company prior to starting work. Once payment was received the ordering, shipping, and install took about 10 business days.
