I called T.H.E. about leaking gutters. Someone came out the very next day to diagnose the problem.Truly excellent service!
In May I requested an estimate for a roof replacement. This was completed promptly and without issue. I also contacted two other companies for estimates. Since T.H.E. Roofing Company was 20% higher than both other estimates, I went with someone else. Nobody ever followed up with me until I received an invoice last week for $325 with a handwritten note stating “THIS IS EXTREMELY PAST DUE. PLEASE SEND A CHECK TODAY. Best roofing company in the city. They have provided us service for well over 12 years. They always treat us fair and the quality of work is great! We have used them at multiple homes for both maintenance as well as brand new roof installs and they always go above and beyond! Good people too!!!
