Troy came out and measured my roof and gave an estimate. We signed the contract and I gave him 50% down as the contract stated. Troy started my roof and quit after 2 days demanding more money since he "measured wrong". He did not measure wrong as a review of our communications verified. I felt this was inappropriate and was not comfortable paying. Troy was super quick to respond, very friendly, and did a great job replacing some shingles on my aging garage roof. Will definitely be a customer in the future.
I highly recommend Troy at The Roofer's Guild and won't hesitate to reach out for our next roofing project. Our chimney flashing was old, leaking and needed to be replaced. He was prompt at coming out and looking at the chimney/roof and was very responsive. I really appreciated that he showed up when he said he was going to and answered all our questions. He was very personable, professional and cleaned up all materials perfectly after the repair. Thanks again, Troy!
I was very happy with the response and quick fix. I was not so happy with the minimum charge for a quick fix. I think it was too expensive.
