We contacted RD after Helene in what was a very busy and hectic time. They had numerous more pressing jobs but kept us in line. Importantly they worked directly through multiple discussions with my insurance company to determine a comprehensive settlement on the roof damage and damage to our shingle siding. We were not at the property but the work got done properly and completely. Plus they did not require upfront money which can be a bad thing in disaster situations. I was very satisfied.

The crew arrived on time on the scheduled date. They immediately went to work. Worked well as a team. Everyone knew their job and did it well. Roof looks great. They even painted my furnace and hot water heater flues and I had not requested that.
