Today, I witnessed a concerning incident involving a Roofer Direct company truck. The driver failed to come to a complete stop at a clearly marked stop sign, treating it more like a yield. Joe Castillo with Roofer Direct gave excellent customer service while my Mom got her roof done. He was there to answer any questions she had every step of the way, no matter how many times my Mom asked. He was very thorough and didn’t mind answering our questions and explaining the process all the way from beginning to end so that I felt completely comfortable! The Roofer Direct sent out their representative Austin to do a free inspection to see if our roof had hail and wind damage. After the last few big storms we've had, it did. So they recommended a full roof replacement and they helped me walk through the phone call with our insurance company to let them know exactly what they saw.
