Recently had a crew from The Roofa replace the trim boards under the eaves on my duplex. The company was easy to work with - they came out to evaluate the job, told me an accurate lead time for the repairs, communicated clearly when they were coming back on site to measure for materials, told me in advance when they were coming to do the work so I could notify my tenants, and they showed up when they said they would.
