Zero communication, poor diagnostics, and completely ghosted. I contacted The Roof Medic when a leak first started in my roof. We made arrangements on a Saturday afternoon for a technician to come out the following Wednesday between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM. I stayed home from the office specifically to accommodate this window. Leaky roof, I was looking to get an inspection done. Contacted roof medic due to their high reviews. I was told that I will get a call back in an hour regarding what time they can come check it. It’s been a full day, no call and won’t answer my calls, or reply back to my voicemail. I’m okay if you don’t want to come out or don’t have the time, but be straight forward and say that rather than wasting my time.
