We had a problem with some metal trim coming loose on our commercial building. Kobe came out to get us fixed up the same day! He called ahead, arrived on time, was very polite and wasted no time getting things secured before bad weather rolled in. He went over the problems he found and explained our options and next steps thoroughly. This crew clearly knows how to provide excellent customer service and it's so appreciated!

I had my roof replaced by another company about 6 months ago and recently I noticed a small water stain on my ceiling. I tried multiple attempts to get the roof company to come back and take a look, but they never did. My neighbor recommended I call Roof Joker, so I did and I couldn’t be more pleased. Shaun is Amazing! He assessed our roof, was very transparent on the issues, gave a solid plan for long term fix and executed a quick fix. He didn’t even charge me for the roof sealant he applied. Shout out to him and his team on the Amazing service and being customer obsessed.

I highly recommend the Roof Joker! They responded quickly after a recent ice storm caused a small leak. While inspecting the issue Shaun also noticed we were missing a vent stack cap which could cause future issues. He was proactive in completing this repair and provided photos for both the inspection and repair. He was thorough, professional, responsive, and took pride in his work. I will definitely be reaching out for any future roofing needs.
