This is a Shaun appreciation post. He has exhibited excellent customer service in every interaction I have had with him. He arrives when he says he will, he is respectful of my time, and he provided solutions and ideas for an issue I am having. He is an asset to this company.
Josiah came out to fix the roof for the windstorm and he was quick and did a perfect work.
Jo with Roof Joker was a lifeline in our time of need when the big windstorm hit us in the Austin/cedar Park area a few weeks ago. He came by the very next day to assess our roof's needs and was able to tarp and protect it thoroughly at no charge until the repairs could start. Everytime we get more than a slight breeze homes in my neighborhood get roof damage. D.R. Horton is an abhorrent company and they don't care. Dan from Roof Joker came out for a thorough inspection and it was a great experience. I highly recommend Roof Joker!
