Had a great experience with Roof Doctor and Gutter Releaf. Tim was quick to return our call and had someone out the next day. Wade walked us through the scope of work, was patient with our questions, and explained everything in detail. We had some delays getting started due to inclement weather but Tim kept us informed and put us at ease. Water was coming into our basement which we were confident was the result of a gutter issue. Tim came out within an hour to diagnose the issue and quote us a price to fix the problem. His communication remained quick and effective at all times, including during a driving rainstorm before the problem could be fixed permanently. He offered a temporary solution and had one of his guys come out right away to mitigate actively water coming in. I would recommend them to anybody who needs roof or gutter repairs
I called Roof Doctor early one morning because we had water rushing in from the exhaust pipe of our water heater. Roof Doctor got back to me as soon as they opened and had someone out to our house in a just a couple hours. After an inspection and fair quote, they had a technician out here two days later to fix the problem before the next stint of rain. I am very appreciate of their timely response and quality work.
The Roof Doctor done a fantastic job. My husband is a retired roofer, so we knew what to expect. Everything was done so professional from beginning to end. That's the kind of job I like! The employees were very professional and friendly. Tim was there inspecting frequently and asking if we had any questions. After completion, Tim sent Stanley over to inspect the roof for final touch ups if needed. The team is above the five star so we had them do a rental property as well.
