This business was very professional. I would recommend them to whoever is looking for a reputable roofing company. The are fair in pricing and willing to work with you on any and all projects, small or large.
I had a leak suddenly appear just weeks before finishing a renovation. I called Roof Doctor and they arrived the next day, found the issue, & repaired it. That was a year ago and we’ve had no issues since. There was no attempt to “upsell” services either. Fully intend on using Roof Doctor again.
Larry, Kelly and the entire crew were great. Professional and true to their word. I called Larry in the evening to request a quote having been stood up by 2 other companies. Despite rain, Shawn was out as scheduled and did a thorough estimate of the work. A quote came quickly and is what was the final cost. That's not normal in home repairs. The team was very professional and when we had a question, Larry came right out. Clearly the best guarantee in the business and we had 3 quotes. Could not be happier!
Excellent quality of work and superb attention to detail! WOW! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Roof Doctor. The initial roof inspection was detailed and thorough - including pictures to show us where our metal roof was leaking. Materials were delivered promptly. Our metal roof was replaced within a week. I love Roof Doctor. I called with many questions and the owner talked with me for a long while answering my questions and educating me along the way. He was patient and stayed on the phone with me as long as was needed. As we prepared for the roof installation, I had constant communication and Roof Doctor catered to me, bringing me roof samples to my home on a very snowy day.
