I had my roof installed by the Roof Detective in 2020. Five years later I saw a leak on the ceiling of my master bedroom on the 2nd floor. I contacted the company. Immediately they sent a technician to check on the problem. It turned out that the roof was installed properly. It was the edges of an old vent that caused the leak.
