Hired these guys to fix and repair a roof the size of a fooze ball table for $1800. Less than 2 years later the original repair is back and now they want me to spend another $2k to fix it. What happened to fixing the original leak? I guess they expect their customers to keep throwing away their money on hiring them to bandaid leaks instead of fixing it on the first go around.
As a property manager I have had a great experience with them! Evan has been a great rep to work with. He is the first to get a bid back to me whenever I ask. A wonderful company!
