I bought my home from ron, before closing he promised he would finish a signed agreement with the property to benifit him with closing faster, he has completly dropped the dime on me. I have been contacting him for over 6 months now with the agreement that would be finished in 30 days, he makes no effort to complete this. no ill be contacting to take legal action. warning people. dont trust he will stand by with what he says
