Great pizza, fun place Roman Candle on Willy street was my first Wisconsin pizza experience! As always, I order a plain cheese pizza for comparison purposes. The pizza has a typical Wisconsin thin crust - almost crisp and cracker-like - but slightly more doughy than the uber-crisp pizza places. The cheese is fresh and local, and the sauce is flavorful, with notes of several herbs and spices. We've tried several toppings and all have been fresh and tasty.
