Great pizza, fun place Roman Candle on Willy street was my first Wisconsin pizza experience! As always, I order a plain cheese pizza for comparison purposes. The pizza has a typical Wisconsin thin crust - almost crisp and cracker-like - but slightly more doughy than the uber-crisp pizza places.
