I'm a former site tenant and so happy living here at the Rollins! I had a problem with my dryer and thanks to Amir superintendent I received my dryer right away! He did a excellent job installing it!!
My maintenance request was handled quickly and professionally. Amir replaced my microwave after the door came off, and he did an excellent job. I really appreciate the great service!
Resident Manager Amir did an excellent job placing the rubber mats in front of the elevator. This thoughtful addition has greatly improved safety, especially on rainy days when the floor can become slippery. Your attention to detail and commitment to residents’ well-being is truly appreciated. Job well done!
