Great customer service and knowledge...
Stopped there Friday night of the Labor Day weekend seeking information on riding in Ashland and shuttles for the ski area. We were told shuttles weren't running as summer was over. ??? The owner said "Look outside". He also told us he couldn't sell us the map as there are no good-updated maps of the area. So the next day went to another bike shop in town, got a new map, shuttle info. and leaned that the shuttles run up to Thanksgiving.
The new owner of this business (as of February 2015) is not friendly like the last guy and will not stand by products that should be covered under warranty from the previous owner.
I recently brought my bike in to Rogue Bicycle for a repair. I was very impressed with Eric who is also the owner. He was honest and fair and definitely went out of his way to make sure I wasn't investing more into my bike than it was worth. It felt good to know I could trust him - not only as a great mechanic but also as a fair business owner. I will be returning for any future repairs and also when I need a new bike.
