I love living at the Rodney. I'd give it 5 stars but it's right around the corner from QDs bar and whether or not you hear it depends on what side you're on. QDs bar has this DJ on weekends that plays the world's loudest music and has the audacity to sing along with it. Otherwise the Rodney is great, modern, upkept, great staff. Just moved in and I’m loving it here! Moonjoo was amazing and made the whole process super smooth and fast. The building is well maintained, shoutout to Alex, and the amenities are great. Plus, the location is unbeatable 🥰
I lived at The Rodney for 5 years (Studio then a 1BR) and if it wasn’t for relocating for work, I would continue to stay. The building is beautiful, new, and well maintained. They added a gym maybe a year ago which is clean with nice equipment. There are 4 levels of secure underground parking. My apartments were both comfortable and had huge walk-in closets with built-ins which is nearly impossible to find elsewhere! I've been here since Rodney started, and it's just not the same without Tess, Antonio, and Trevor moving on. It was a bummer when Jose left maintenance, but Shaun's been killing it, especially with keeping Communications open. Alex is doing great working with him too. The community events have been a real bonus, it's awesome to socialize with neighbors and staff and boost everyone's spirits.
