Recently moved in and couldn’t be any happier with my new living environment. Moonjoo is the concierge there and she was extremely helpful and accommodating. She and Simona are always there to help aa well as the maintenance staff here. The building is secure and has amazing amenities. I have lived at The Rodney twice since 2019, and currently rent here again now. It is by far the best residential building in the Pearl district. The building speaks for itself — generous layouts, good appliances, clean common areas, and a gorgeous rooftop lounge. But the building’s secret sauce is in the stellar staff.
