Simona, Moonjoo and Wayne were the best ever. They really helped me take my time and showing me what was the best fit for me in this community. I couldn’t ask for a better team. There response were quick and anything I need they got it for me. They all deserve a raise!!
The Rodney has been a great experience. Not only are the staff wonderful and helpful (Moonjoo, Simona, and welcome Wayne), but we should shout out Alex for coming in clutch with tackling a tough maintenance issue and seeing it through without delay. We always feel like we are receiving white glove treatment - either from the kind and attentive team or by the amenities that make living at The Rodney special. We are thrilled to be renewing our lease and enjoying another year in the Pearl!
The Rodney gets a well-deserved five-star rating. The building is a masterpiece in design, where everything feels efficient and well-built. Beyond that, we love the atmosphere and amenities, and the layout of our apartment is perfect for us. When I lived there, I lived in the studio, and whenever there was an issue, it was done in a timely fashion no headache same day, and they even went halfway across town to get the part in order to take care of it in a timely fashion and my cat butters was considered their mascot and allowed to be where I was which was nice and everyone was awesome. I lived at The Rodney for 6 months before relocating to another city, and I can honestly say it was an amazing experience. The apartments are beautiful, and the amenities are top-notch (the rooftop was the best I’ve seen in my 5 years in Portland!) The team here goes above and beyond - shoutout to Alex in maintenance and Moonjoo at the front desk, who were always helpful, friendly, and quick to assist with anything.
