Happy Parent Northwest Nannies is an excellent service. Whatever my needs are, they are there for me, finding the best nanny they can...sometimes on very short notice. Every nanny Northwest Nannies has sent me has been professional and wonderful with my children. Thats the bottom line. If my children are safe and happy then my husband and I are happy. I see why this company has been around for over 25 years. They are great. Thanks Northwest Nannies for providing a needed service for this community.
Uncaring and elitist agency I would never recommend this agency. The website makes them seem much different than they are. Everyone involved with this agency is incredibly snobby and nobody seems to really care about your situation. You have to cater to them, rather than the opposite. I have only used them for short term, which was a major problem because if the nanny didn't like you she would refuse to come back and the agency would try to scramble for someone else. Excellent Agency! I have been using Northwest Nannies for a few years now and have had wonderful experiences! When ever I call for a temp to come and help with my 3 children last minute - Jennifer always finds someone to help me out. The quality of nannies have been unbeatable! NW Nannies is a nightmare NW Nannies at first glimpse comes across wonderful but the reality of their company is much scarier. We had one nanny walk out on us due to a family emergency. We told them we had no problem paying for her time. She arrives with 3 large men in the middle of the night demanding payment. That particular Nanny's replacement came in to "help us out" the next day but once she arrived refused to do anything but play video games.
