This is our 2nd year living here. Rent has gone up 100$. Elevator has been broke the whole time. It’s 50$ extra every month if you want to park in the garage. It’s 100$ fee if you’re late on rent by the 5th day. You also have to pay to use the washer and dryers. The price of the washer and dryers have also gone up about an extra 50 cents each. And now we get an email that they’re charging us and extra 7$ for us to receive packages. This place is a huge scam. I’ve also personally had to pay and extra 800$ from people stealing... read more

Living here was okay. The building is beautiful on the outside. My apartment was spacious for the price. The man who kept up with cleaning maintenance was friendly and helpful. I appreciated that insecticide was sprayed in all the apartments every 3 months and our air filters were replaced. The maintenance men I met the first time I needed something fixed were not timely and did sloppy work. The new maintenance men I had at the end of my stay were excellent.
