Never do business with this group or rent a place that is affiliated with them. Their “property managers” are lazy and don’t do their jobs on taking care of the tenants or places they are in charge of. This is a sad business to put the trust of your asset in. One employee named Samantha is especially awful. She doesn’t return emails or texts and if things don’t go her way she backs out and leaves you reply less. Really great company to do business with! Maintenance issues have always been taken care of really quickly, call backs and questions answered the same day. The process was very smooth and well handled. Thank you for being so amazing to work with you made everything so easy from the start.
