Very very very bad service. Went there yesterday and paid for a wristband which means free drinks till midnight. There was only one female bartender that was straight out rude and was not wanting to serve us. I don't know if it was because of racism but that's what it seemed. We complained to management and had to get someone else just to serve us which was a hassle. I used to like going to this place when in Vegas but there was no reason for her unprofessional behavior. If you are Hispanic you might not get served.

I have never been so insulated in my life here in Vegas until I went to the the rock house the bartender in the smoking section last night Dec 16. 2016 was so rude and racist she looked right threw us like if we weren't even there we spend a lot of money here in Vegas the first and last time I go to your establishment I don't think that's right of what she did but I hope you stand up to your high standards and don't higher trash like her cause she ruins places there shouldn't be people like that working
Took the kids here for lunch while my husband played poker in the Venetian - food and drinks were perfect. The waitress (Jenna) was amazing - my 11 year old son thinks she's the best waitress in the world! � Looking forward to coming back �
Great place. Fun atmosphere. Great staff. All you can drink deals all the time.whats not to love .
Drinks yes, food no. They can serve drinks and are nice enough, but they just can't get the service right when i come to serving food. In short, you will survive but can do better.
