Owner was extremely rude. Unprofessional. Not friendly what so ever. Only positive thing is he allowed me to purchase 3 needohs which the limit is 2 per customer, which was nice of him. I have 3 children so I appreciated that. My daughter also bought candy and I didn’t realize she dropped her wrapper and he purposefully walked up to me and said “You throw trash on my floor when I did you a favor, I don’t appreciate that” I said “ She’s 4 and I didn’t see that she dropped her wrapper, I’m sorry” He then goes onto questioning ... read more
I have been coming to this place since 2000 I seen many changes but always nice to come in and get something today 9-8-26 I had the most best retail customer service help knowledge ever from Matilda so friendly so sweet so smart and very pretty. She was running the whole store on her own and attented to every customer that walked in the younger working crowd needs to learn from her and if the owners of this place are smart not only they should keep her here but make her a manager with a nice paycheck. absolutely love this place!!! every time i go to ferndale, i make a point to stop by here. the vibes are welcoming, they have a lot of cool items and i love the cute stickers that they have. been going here for years, and i plan to keep coming back!!
This store is cute and lots of choices. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable on the latest kid trends.
