awesome stay, just a 40 minute ferry ride away from wall street/Pier 11, true boutique hotel experience. Steps from the beach (or if you're a pool person like me, the pool)!
We just returned for a second three-day mid-week getaway and had a lovely relaxing time. The staff throughout this hotel are incredible and a day hanging out at the fully-serviced pool here is such a treat and must be one of New York's best little secrets.
We live right here on Long Island and wanted a romantic weekend at the hotel. Unfortunately, the AC didn’t work from Friday night. We reported it Saturday morning. After leaving for the day, we returned, still no fix. We opened windows Friday night, but the noise disrupted our sleep. Love love love this hotel. So much fun. So close to NYC, easy trip by ferry and what a world away. We held an offsite here and the space was perfect, food was great and most of all, it was something different than being stuck in a boring Marriott in Midtown! Its worth the trip - which is an easy, relaxing one. I can only imagine what the weekends are like in season but we really enjoyed ourselves and the hotel had a great vibe. Cheers!
