Front desk was incredible rude when I walked in, room shower pressure was horrible and not so clean. Only good thing is the spa.

Downsides: The heated pool n saunas could've been hotter. The balcony doors have no screens.
Great experience! Just would the pool was more heated on a cold day. Overall though, everything was very nice! Clean and the beds were magical!
