We had our daughter's wedding at the hotel and it could not have gone more smoothly. The staff works so hard and it really paid off. They are wonderfully kind and efficient and always a few steps ahead of us. And the hotel itself is beautiful and close to the beach.
It’s a decent hotel. It wasn’t what I expected though for the price. I stayed here on a 18 hour layover and honestly feel I over paid for it. The rooms are small, fit the king size bed but not much room to walk at all. You have to put your luggage under the bed or there’s no room to store it without having to move it. Wonderful overnight stay for wellness. Staff friendly! The views are amazing. Pool and spa relaxing!
Our package included complimentary breakfast at the adjacent bakery, an arrangement that was explicitly confirmed at check-in. However, when we went to have breakfast, we were informed that the hotel could not reimburse or credit us for the cost because its system was not connected to the bakery. This explanation was both disappointing and unacceptable, as the breakfast arrangement had been confirmed by hotel staff.
