They are just scam. Ordered clean stone and it came with lots of dust that turned into dirt after rain. Now they claim it’s not their stone even when I show them video of them delivering.
I called to ask for information. The Lady named Lori was super rude and had the worse customer service I have ever seen. I was trying to get information and prices on some of the products and it seemed I was bordering her for calling. I just got an answer from my review it pretty much confirms what I described. Definitely won't be shopping again. Thanks, for all you service over the years.
Over priced. Save yourself the hassle of poor customer service and overpriced things and go to Dixon Landscape, much more friendly and better prices. Case in point, small rocks are sold by the bag in Dixon, by the pound here. We ended up spending 4x what we would have in Dixon. Expensive lesson learned. In response to the reply. Thanks for the education. I’ll make sure to stick to friendlier and more customer based suppliers, not ones that decide to post passive aggressive responses.
The nicest people! Needed a couple DG samples for a small project and they were more than helpful. Their yard is the most beautiful rockery with a lot of rock and stone I've never seen before. Super cute, if I lived closer I'd bring my wife.
Horrible experience, was charged extra for being Latino ! Lady hit me with her ATV! Do yourself a favor and go any where else!
