Laura has wonderful design sense!! Great with colors and style.
Our granite kitchen counter was in need of some repair due to cracks. I approached Laura at the Rock and she shared all her knowledge and experience about options how to go about doing those repairs. She also recommended one of the installers, Mr. Herrera. He did an excellent job in fixing the kitchen counter. I highly recommend both, Laura at the Rock, and Mr. Herrera from Herreras granite and tile.
We had an issue with a delayed tile order and Laura, the owner, stepped up helping us find a new tile and resolved the situation. We were under a time crunch and she helped us with the issue. They have a nice selection of different and unique tiles which gives you lots of different decorating options.
Leading up to the installation of my granite BBQ island, everything went as planned. Very helpful with with picking out materials and explaining the process towards completion. I hired one of their recommended fabricators to do the job and placed the material order upon final measurement. From there it went all down hill. He did not order enough material, so gaps were filled with caulking to make up for the lack of granite. They cracked one of the main slabs and attempted to cover it up.
