Haven’t used timer facility in a year but want to make sure they squeeze one more payment before I can cancel. I also had issues with their personal trainer program not following through with agreed payment terms last year. All about taking your money. Absolutely ridiculous.

Tried to call and cancel my 1 year membership in November, which is the month I originally signed up in 2023. I was told I couldn't and had to wait until December. Call in December and they say I owe one more months payment because I didn't give a 30 day notice. When I called in November, that's a 30 day notice. I haven't entered the facility in the last 5-6 months.

This facility always has broken equipment. Very poorly maintained and managed. They’re all about the money. It’s ashamed, because it’s so convenient to my home. They applied a $211balance to an older account, that had been set to a frozen membership. I travel for months at a time. I was told that freezing the membership would not be a problem. Pay close attention to the contract.
