We had a great experience with Tanner at The Rocco Group! She made building a home during COVID as smooth as an experience as possible. She stayed on top of the builder and was quick to respond anytime we had a question. She checked in often and kept us up-to-date. She even entertained our little ones at closing since it was after school hours. Truly amazing experience from start to finish and I highly recommend them!

Taylor Koiker at the Rocco Group was the realtor of our prayers and dreams for our daughter’s purchase of a Jacksonville Condo. After 2 or 3 major set backs/challenges, Taylor’s unexpected, consistent perseverance brought us to a final close through her orchestration of finding and working with the right lender, coordinating with the listing agent and interacting with us on FaceTime, by phone and text as often as needed or just to check in. Sarah Rocco and her team were amazing! They did all of the in-state work to help me get my house ready for sale, to put it on the market, to sell it within a few weeks, and to close smoothly and ahead of schedule. I am grateful and recommend them to anyone!
My first time buying a house. Everybody was extremely helpful. I lived out of town so they worked with my family in Jacksonville . Kept me updated on everything and walked me thru processes I knew nothing about. Reccomend them highly.
