DO NOT rent from this property management company. My husband and I are being discriminated against for advocated from them to proper maintenance services. We had mold/water damage in our bathroom that was simply painted over. We've dealt with not having hot water in our apartment when we first moved in for several months and was accused of lying. Since the Roberts Company purchased our apt bldg in Los Feliz, they fired our manager in Sept '20 and we still are without a bldg manager in Mar '21, six months later. Light fixtures in the corridors of our three story bldg with 60 units go out and they are not replaced. Tenants have been replacing lights on the premises with their own light bulbs. Please avoid renting from this company. The on site manager refuses to stop stopping by unannounced to accuse me of doing things like not cooking the hose, or leaving Christmas tree needles in the elevator, or anything she could contact me via phone, text or email. She has woken my baby many times and I've asked her repeatedly to contact me another way. Whenever something needs repair, she is nowhere to be found. Holes in the wall not repaired in months. Missing fire detectors. 4 months to replace a dish washer. Slow water leaks causing water damage left unattended after multiple complaints. I would not recommend renting from them.
