I have been part of numerous closings, but never one that presented as many issues as the most recent. Note none of the challenges were due to Ryan the agent representing me. I am so THANKFUL Ryan was my safeguard. He not only strategically represented me throughout the process he exceeded what it took to make the closing occur.
