I was treated for partial vision loss due to a stroke. I learned how to make up for the loss of vision by doing exercises at the center and at home that were recommended by Dr Ayer and her staff. My vision field expanded well enough to help me do things i wasn't able to do prior to my appointments at the center.
Met with Dr. Iyer in the Low Vision Clinic for the first time, yesterday. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I have a good feeling about my future care with the clinic.
My brother's appointment went well. He was very pleased at the couteousness of the staff; very happy with Dr.. Kim's explanation. We are from out of town but would readily recommend to anyone.
The customer service is not the greatest there. There was a lot of back and forth. You need this form, no one gave me a form, you need to go back to the front desk and get that form....
Drove all the way from Austin at the suggestion of my brother's Opthalmologist in Austin. �. Loved the experience! Seen on time and felt very cared for by Dr Feldman & staff. Great facility and easy to navigate. Just hope your not color blind. �. Wink wink! Pray for more positive experiences as the surgery date approaches. 👁
My son who was 4yrs old had an accident last year which caused a pretty severe orbital fracture. Dr. Phillips and her team rushed him into surgery and reconstructed his eye socket...saving his vision. She and her team have taken such great care of him along the way. He's now gotten Dr. Phillips stamp of approval and will be passed on to her colleague Dr. Geloneck. Dr Phillips is AMAZING and so kind ..as well as the others I saw!! After a freak accident I lost my right eye and their kindness made it much easier to deal with and accept !!!! 5 star ratings from this patient !!
