My wife had a appointment they told her the time she had to arrive 10:15am and all when she gets there she waited till 11:50 mind you her appointment was at 10:30 she had to reschedule it because no one said anything to her only when she got up and asked why she wasn't being seen yet and someone said we are running behind when my wife noticed they only had one person in so how are you guys behind smh never again valley has gone down hill!
