Flowers look Nice good presentation. It was a day late even though they advertise same day delivery and my order was in before the same day delivery time frame. The main thing I was disappointed with was the advertisement that was mixed into the arrangement about a Christmas fund raising thing they are doing. I'm all for fund raising and community outreach but at least let the buyers know if you're going to add something like that to an arrangement. I had the pleasure of working with The Robbins Nest Florist & Gifts to kick off National Nurses Month, and their generosity truly meant so much. Shannon Robbins created beautiful floral arrangements for the nursing staff at our local oncology office, and it truly brightened the days of a group of people who give so much to others. You may go somewhere else to get your flowers, but you will never get them as beautiful as what you can get at the Robbin's Nest. Shannon always goes above and beyond. Best florist ever!!!!!
Called directly to the store, asked for cut flowers of daffodils and tulips in a clear vase with a lavender bow. Beautiful bouquet but not at all what I asked for.
