I had the opportunity to stay in the Rixey as part of a 4 week summer institute at Marymount. It was a beautiful facility especially the common spaces such as the roof. The staff, front desk and management, were always pleasant and ready to help in any way possible. The location was phenomenal with access to public transportation (metro, bus), restaurants, and basic needs (Target, Harris Teeter, CVS). I would be remiss to leave out the Starbucks next door. Also, it is located a block from two major trail systems.
