The utility bill is up most of the time. Even when I had barely used my HVAC. Parking is always a hassle. And unfortunately, for someone who’s lived here for four years, I find the place has started to lose its quality. There is a cat crisis; we aren’t supposed to feed them, or you're at risk of getting kicked out. I don’t see animal control trying to come out. It was nice living here as the houses looked pretty new and there is a pool and gym, although everything gets really dusty all the time especially cars, doors and everything in the balcony due to the dirt fields in the back. Sometimes it would smell like cows outside. Walls are thin and noisy neighbors are not a good combo. When I moved out, almost the whole deposit was stolen by management for made-up "cleaning fees", when I left the place spotless, vacuumed, and cleaned.
