When we moved here in 2010, Wendy was a great employee who was anxious to help and friendly, a little dingy, but a pleasant person. The application process makes you think your applying to live at the White House, with a credit check and references and all. But truth be told, by the time we moved out two years later, it slowly became a slum. They let anyone live there.
