My husband and I are newbies to the kayaking world. Neill and Ev took their time with us. Educated us on different types of kayaks and helped us narrow down what we needed based on what we want the kayaks for. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and they encouraged us to go online and research the kayaks we were looking at. After doing just that we ended up purchasing the Cruise 12's and we can not wait to get in the water with them this summer.
My first and only experience with The Rivers Edge outfitters was far more than I expected. We canoed privately with 15+ rentals from Apollo to their private launch. Once we landed we were approached by the owners for a 5 dollar docking fee per boat. Before we even had a chance to grab the 10 dollar fee the owner got confrontational with a friend who only said "we didn't rent from here."
