They're only response; "Well it's the lock, sorry. We can't do anything about that." from Mike who gave a very sarcastic and poor attitude about this situation. I've been staying at this hotel for the past 4 years and it's been pretty decent. This year; our key cards would stop working when we wanted to get into our hotel room. We never kept our cards near phones or credit cards. They worked for the gate, but NEVER our room. Every time we wanted to get into our room; we would have to go to the front desk to get them redone. ... read more
This was a very nice hotel to stay at for an event I was attending at the Convention Center. (Within walking distance) which makes it well worth it's value. The Terrace Cafe & Bar was charming with excellent food and good drinks. Great company of the bartender Oliver. He was a true delight to talk with over a sandwich and drink for an early dinner. Excellent free breakfast offered in the morning with a full array of choices to choose from.
spent few days there October 2016, conveniently located to downtown tucson and freeway, a kind bartender, great service overall from the desk, thumbs up clean room and breakfast buffet served, we will return.
